課程簡介

工作坊會以教學影片嘅形式,講解如何幫你囝囝囡囡打好健康睡眠基礎,自小培養良好睡眠習慣。

課程在Facebook平台進行,一共有6條影片,全長2小時。另外,每個題目亦會有補充資料以文章形式發佈,助你瞭解更多。

你可以隨時在群組內發問,亦可以參考其他參加者以往曾提出嘅問題。

多謝你呢個工作坊,參加果時我女兩個半月,我完全無頭緒咩係睡眠規律,淨係一味想佢訓過夜,但一到夜晚佢就喊到顛哂,老一輩係咁話我屋企有野,但因為我係基督徒,我比較相信係我照顧方面有不足,所以積極搵解決辦法。頭兩日實行左你教既方法,佢最明顯係已經唔會晚上喊到訓唔到,原本想train佢8-8訓覺,到而家三個半月佢自己改返6-6。其實透過呢個睡眠練習,我發覺我女係有一套自己既模式成長,我深深感受到我係協助個女成長而唔係要湊佢令佢習慣返我地。

囡囡2個月大時,每晚瞓一個多小時便醒一次,令到我同先生都冇覺好瞓,精神差情緒受影響,日間都冇咩心機湊阿囡,覺得長遠這樣,大家都唔健康;因此參了CATHERINE的0-5個月健康睡眠工作坊,了解到BB安睡條件,還有如何幫BB入睡。我們慢慢逐步跟工作坊的理論去嘗試,按照有足夠的清醒及作息時間,現在囡囡夜晚已可以連續睡5-6小時,最近囡囡更掌握到由清醒,到有睡意,再自行入睡成個過程,真係好神奇好開心~~ 明白到只要有耐性,與BB一同去嘗試及對BB有信心,終可以成功的,亦多謝CATHERINE工作坊教的方法。 各位家長,我地一同努力,共勉之。

I joined the workshop for parents of babies who were 3-5 month old. My 5 month old son had many sleep related problems, such as refusing to sleep in his own bed, relying on feeding to sleep and overtiredness in general. Catherine's workshop gave straight forward and helpful information on how to guide him to sleep better. We've been following Catherine's guidance for almost a month and there are notable differences. My son sleeps more, sleeps in his own crib and does not need to be fed to sleep. We're still working on the night wakings but each small achievement calls for celebration! A big thanks to Catherine for taking out some of the stress of getting baby to sleep!
